TERMS AND CONDITIONS - YEEZY

By taking part in this raffle you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the raffle. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before entering the raffle. We, JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the raffle. JD Sports is the promoter of this raffle which is run in conjunction with adidas (UK) Limited.

  1. What can you win?

There will be 280 winners spread across the participating stores (as defined below) who will each win the opportunity (the “Prize”) to purchase one pair of adidas Yeezy Boost 350V2  (the “Trainers“). The participating stores are (1) JD Sports, 43-44 Marry Street, Dublin, Dublin1; and (2) JD Sports, Tauentzienstrasse 16 Berlin 10789, 196 NieuwendijK, Amsterdam, 1012 MV (together the “Participating Stores”). 
The Trainers are subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the raffle or the Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the raffle or the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not available or claimed in the nominated Participating Store by 2pm local time on the 23rd November 2016 (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative Prize and any unclaimed Trainers will go into general sale within the Participating Store.

  1. What is excluded from the Trainers?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Trainers, and travel to and from the Participating Store).

  1. Who can enter?

Entrants must be aged 12 years or over and, if successful, be available to purchase the Trainers from a Participating Store between the Participating Store’s opening time (check local store opening times here) and 2pm local time on Wednesday 23rd November 2016. Entrants under the age of 16 years old must seek their parent’s or guardian’s permission before entering the raffle. Any winners under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst purchasing the Trainers.
JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this raffle are not eligible to enter the raffle. JD Sportsreserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

  1. How to enter

Entrants can enter the raffle by visiting http://www.jdsports.co.uk/page/yeezy-boost-v2/ via both the JDSports ios and android JDWomens app from 20.11.16 until 21.11.16 at midnight and by entering their name, email address, UK shoe size and the Participating Store they wish to purchase the Trainers from should they be successful in the raffle. 
Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the raffle.
By submitting any films or photographs as part of the raffle and by entering the raffle entrants agree that JD Sports (and its affiliates) may use any films or photographs uploaded to market and promote the raffle and for general marketing purposes.
Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

  1. Closing Times

The raffle will be open from 20.11.16 until 21.11.16 midday. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
The Trainers are only available to be purchased by the winners, between the Participating Store’s opening times and 2pm local time on the 23rd November 2016.

  1. How are winners selected?

Winners are decided by using an online randomiser and allocated according to the number of Trainers available in each Participating Store. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners will be notified via email on the 22nd of November 2016 between 9am and 7pm. Winners will only be able to purchase the size selected from the nominated Participating Store during sign up to the raffle. Valid ID along with a copy (physical or electronic) of the winner’s email notification is required to purchase the Trainers. 
Any unclaimed Trainers will be put into general sale at 2pm on the 24 November 2016 and the original winner will waive his/her rights to the Prize and to purchase the Trainers.
For the name and county of the winners please send a self-addressed envelope to Yeezy Boost Store Raffle, JD Sports Fashion plc, Marketing Department, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR.

  1. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including the Trainers and travel to and from a Participating Store and refreshments; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the raffle; (v) adhere to local laws in the location of the Participating Stores (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of JD Sports. JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

  1. Personal information

By entering the raffle and claiming the Prize entrants agree that they will be opted in to receive regular communication from JD Sports (and its affiliates). For a list of JD Sports affiliates who may send marketing communications, please click on this link: http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx). JD Sports will use personal information which entrants provide, or which JD Sportsobtains through its dealings with entrants, to sign entrants up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports (and its affiliates) and to administer the raffle. JD Sports may also use entrants personal data to tell entrants about JD Sports (and JD Sports affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of products and customer relationships.   1. Publicity

By taking part in the raffle, entrants agree to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of the raffle. Entrants agree that JD Sports(or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
